Children’s Shabbat Programming

Tot Shabbat
During Shabbat services every Saturday at 11am, your little ones are invited for their own interactive Shabbat experience with Shabbat-sensitive crafts, music, games, and stories as they experience prayer and bible stories in a fun, accessible manner.

PJ Library offered in conjunction with the Jewish Federation, is open to the entire community, members and nonmembers alike. Together, we welcome the Shabbat with traditional blessings, read a PJ library Jewish-themed book,  and do a related art project, Our monthly event concludes with a casual dinner and has been bursting with energy and enthusiasm.

JAYDE Shabbat

Every Saturday at 11am, during Shabbat services, little ones are invited for their own enchanted and magical Shabbat experience in our new JAYDE program, (Jewish Arts Youth Drama Experience) where Torah comes alive and the Shabbat princess-bride sprinkles holy mitzvah glitter dust to add to the wonder of the day.

2-6th Graders will have an opportunity to work with theater and Judaica professionals to create midrash through drama, and grapple with issues of identity, values, and Torah through a dramatic lens.
