Kehillat Ma’arav (KM) is a Conservative congregation serving Santa Monica, the Westside and beyond. KM is a caring, involved community that provides the religious, spiritual, educational, and social needs of our diverse membership.
Please join us on Shabbat morning for an egalitarian, traditional service. Each week your children will enjoy our engaging Shabbat programs. Childcare is available for the very young and our Moadon lounge is open after services to allow our youth the opportunity to socialize in their own special setting.
On the first Friday of every month we also offer a Kabbalat Shabbat service.
Several times a year we offer a unique program: Shabbat in 3D (daven, ‘drash and dine) through which we delve more deeply into various subjects concerning Jewish life.
We maintain an award winning accredited religious school that offers K-7 programs, as well as social programs and continuing adult education opportunities. Our warm and friendly staff includes Rabbi Michael Gotlieb, Cantor Malachi Kanfer, and Director of Education, Masha Savitz Keys. They, along with our Executive Director, Kate Flanagan, serve our community with compassion, intelligence, wit, and understanding.
Our KM family invites you to visit and experience our unique community. Download our New Member Brochure!
