OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE SYNAGOGUE AND COMMUNITY
Join us on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 11:00 am at the California Science Museum, 700 Exposition Park Dr., LA 90037 (Tele: 323-724-3623) for a guided tour of the Space Shuttle “Endeavor” by Kenneth E. Phillips, Ph.D., Curator for Aeorospace Science at the California Science Museum. We will meet in the Atrium just insdie the entrance. The tour will be followed by an Imax film, “The Blue Planet“. This film features footage taken by crews during 5 space shuttle missions. The Endeavor tour is free but there will be a $10 charge payable to Kehillat Ma’Arav Synagogue for the IMAX film following the tour.
Transportation: Leave your car at home. Take public transit. Enter the Metro Expo Line in Culver City & exit at the Expo Park/USC Station. The Science Center is located 0.2 miles walking distance from the station, on the south side of the Rose Garden. See you there.

If you like to play Bingo, then come to KM for a fun filled night of “Kitchen” Bingo! Program benefits HOPE COTTAGE, a transitional housing facility for women and children who are
victims of domestic violence. HOPE COTTAGE is a program of the Family Violence Project of JFSLA, Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles.
Admission: Bring a new kitchen item/s. We are collecting essential cooking/kitchen items to furnish the newly renovated kitchens at HOPE COTTAGE.
